Watch out for fake AI health influencers

It may seem benign, I mean where’s the harm if the reason you get moving or motivated to exercise and live a healthier life is a real person or an AI? Well a lot of the time the AIs aren’t giving the correct or valid information, often they are promising unobtainable results, and very often they are being used to sell you something – something you may not need and that may not actually do anything for you at all.
