I call this the ‘King of Charcuterie Boards’. Then again, when you build a Charcuterie board with Hartlief products, every board deserves royal status!
For this board I used Pepper Salami, Windhoek Salami, Chorizo, Black Forest Ham, and Choppa.
I paired it with Brötchens, Goats Cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Stuffed Olives. Oh and of course, homemade Chilly Jam. As mentioned in last week’s blog post, Tuesday nights have turned into Charcuterie Board nights, and my son says it’s the best night of the week, which says a lot, because on Friday night, we do burger night.
Luckily the Hartlief range is so extensive, it’s going to take a long, long time, before we run out of options.
