- Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight, to allow the flavours to meld together.
- When you’re ready to serve the tartar sauce, give it a quick stir and taste again for seasoning. Adjust with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice, as needed.
- Serve the tartar sauce chilled, alongside your favourite seafood dishes or other grilled meats.
