Control in relationships isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it looks like: - guilt - monitoring - isolation - emotional punishment - needing constant access or control Healthy love allows freedom, trust, and individuality.
Signs it might be time to leave a relationship: - you feel emotionally drained all the time - communication no longer feels safe or productive - your needs are constantly dismissed - you feel lonely inside the relationship - you’re abandoning yourself just to keep the peace Love matters. But so do respect, honesty, effort, and emotional safety.
Privacy and secrecy are not the same thing. Privacy protects individuality Secrecy protects hidden behaviour Healthy relationships allow: - space - boundaries - individuality - honesty Trust isn’t built through control.It’s built through openness and consistency.
Being “low maintenance” isn’t always healthy. Sometimes it means: - suppressing needs - staying quiet to avoid conflict - pretending things don’t hurt - trying not to be “too much” Healthy relationships aren’t built by pretending you need nothing. They’re built through honesty.
