Nictus Donates Essential Appliances to SOS Children’s Village

In a continued effort to support the community, Nictus has proudly sponsored SOS Children’s Village with a chest freezer and a twin-tub washing machine, valued at N$ 15,000.

This donation aims to enhance the daily operations of the organization, ensuring a better living environment for the children under their care.

SOS Children’s Village provides a safe and nurturing home for vulnerable children, focusing on their well-being, education, and development. The donation of these
essential appliances will aid in food preservation and laundry management, easing the workload on caregivers and improving efficiency. “We believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for over 80 years,” said Francois Wahl, Managing Director at Nictus. “By providing these essential items, we hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both the children and caregivers at SOS
Children’s Village.”

The handover event took place at the SOS Children’s Village premises, with representatives from both Nictus and the organization present. This contribution reflects Nictus’ ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, reinforcing its mission to create a positive impact beyond business.
