While traditional guacamole is made with just a few simple ingredients, sometimes it’s fun to mix things up and try something new. That’s where Nola Mayonnaise comes in. By adding this creamy, tangy mayo to your guacamole recipe, you can take your dip to the next level.   • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup of Nola mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Start by preparing the avocados. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add the Nola mayonnaise to the bowl and mix it in with the mashed avocado.
  • Add the chopped red onion, minced garlic, and chopped coriander to the bowl. Mixeverything together well.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl and mix it in.
  • Add the chopped tomato to the bowl and mix everything together.
  • Taste the guaconnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
