When Vulnerability Isn’t Actually Vulnerability

There’s a difference between vulnerability and victimhood.
Vulnerability says:
– “This happened to me, and here’s what I learned.”
Victimhood says:
– “This happened to me, and everyone else is to blame.”
Pay attention when someone talks about their past.
Do they only talk about what was done to them?
Or can they also acknowledge their own mistakes, growth, and lessons?
Accountability is one of the clearest signs of emotional maturity.
