Riaan Smit On Why He Supports Have A Heart Namibia

Local Musician and animal lover Riaan Smit, earlier this week announced that he is now the ambassador for Have A Heart Namibia.

As per their joint press release:

“Established in 2013, Have A Heart Namibia has been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. We provide free sterilisation, vaccination, and parasite treatment to dogs and cats from low- and -no-income homes, because we believe, and have seen, that sterlisation is the only way to fight the overpopulation of cats and dogs in our country. Our efforts prevent suffering, and it lightens the load on countless communities.”
