If you’re in the mood for a delicious and easy pork chop recipe, look no further than these Nola Mayonnaise pork chops. This recipe uses a simple mixture of Nola Mayonnaise and flavourful spices to create a coating that’s both tangy and savoury.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nola Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 2cm thick

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Nola Mayonnaise, smoked paprika, dried sage, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
  3. Season the pork chops with a bit of extra salt and pepper, then coat them generously in the Nola Mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  5. Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, you can cook the pork chops on the grill, in the air fryer, on the stove, or under the broiler, depending on your preference.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

These Nola Mayonnaise pork chops are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or a casual backyard barbecue. The tangy, herbaceous coating adds a ton of flavour to the meat, and using Nola Mayonnaise as the base ensures that the chops stay moist and juicy. Serve them alongside your favourite sides, such as roasted potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad. Give this recipe a try and see how easy it is to elevate your pork chops to the next level!
