India’s Top Court Issues Notice To Ministries Over Climate Change

An eight year old’s petition in India’s Supreme Court could lead to a re-evaluation of the country’s environment protection laws. The Apex court has sent notices to eight federal ministries accusing them of not working together to battle what it called an existential global predicament. Ishan Garg tells us more from New Delhi.
