Swakopmund Round Table Trolley Dash

This event promises to be a thrilling and entertaining competition, where teams come together to decorate a standard shopping trolley creatively and then race it around a designated track. This event is not only fun but encourages teamwork, creativity and a competitive spirit among the participants.

The trolley dash will be combined with a Market Day, so please bring along the entire family to enjoy a fun filled day.

During the preparation phase each team will be provided with a trolley, they will then be required to transform their trolley into a unique and eye-catching masterpiece.

Once the decoration phase is complete the teams will draw for spots and the racing will commence. 

This event is not just about speed, but also creativity and teamwork and a fantastic way to boost team building.

So, get ready to rev up those trolleys, unleash your creativity, and dash your way to victory.

– Event will take place on the 12th of April 2025.

– Entrance fee N$2000

– Teams to consist of 4 members.

– All teams will have to be at the venue at 08h00.

– Each team can then set up their own area where the Trolleys will be decorated.

– All teams are responsible for their own gazebos and chairs.

– All teams are responsible for their own materials used to decorate the Trolleys.

– Various time slots for set up and decorations as well as the races will be communicated at the event.

– Light lunch will be available during the day.

– Refreshments will be available at the venue.

– Prizes for the 1st 3 spots will be awarded as well as the best decorated Trolley.
