Say what you want, but a braai needs a salad!
So, here is a fresh take on a salad; a corn and tomato salad.
You’re going the need the following:
1 Tin of Sweetcorn
1 Diced Red Onion
200g Rosa Tomatoes, Halved
200g Crumbled Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil
Basil Reduction
Wholegrain Mustard
White Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, Chopped
Drain the sweetcorn, and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad…
And there you go!
