Let’s talk… garlic bread. It’s one of the easiest things to make, and it’s loved by everyone. This recipe, is one of my personal favourites.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 loaf of ciabatta bread or a large baguette (2 small)
100g salted butter softened to room temperature
a small handful of coriander leaves finely chopped (about 2 T)
4 cloves of garlic crushed
30g of finely grated Parmesan cheese (an d a bit extra to sprinkle over the loaf)
(a squeeze of lemon juice if desired)
All you need to do is:
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC.
Mix all of the ingredients together…. Slice up your loaf, get all the good stuff in there, sprinkle a little extra parmesan on top, cover in foil, and bake for 20 minutes…
And, then… ta da!!
