Who knew just how much effort, knowledge and passion goes into roasting coffee. In Episode 4, Mark Stanton from Two Beards tells us about how even the slightest change in weather conditions can change the way in which coffee roasting happens.
Developed in the late 1800's, Mark Stanton from Two Beards brew some coffee for David, using a Syphon. This method of brewing doesn't only look really cool, but yet again, the same beans taste completely different.
In Episode 2, David learns all about the different, and interesting ways, in which you can brew your coffee. How you brew it also completely change the way it tastes. Mark Stanton, the co-owner of Two Beards specifically shows him how to use a Chemex. Fun fact... A Chemex was used during several episodes of FRIENDS.
