Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 60g biltong, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and cucumber.
- Add the sliced biltong on top of the salad.
