According to the World Health Organisation, every year 703 000 people take their own life and there are many more people who attempt suicide. To try to help raise awareness and break the stigma a march is being held in Windhoek from 6am on Saturday 7 September - David spoke to psychological counsellors Simone Fourie and Kelao Uiras to find out more.
