Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup of Nola mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the avocados. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Add the Nola mayonnaise to the bowl and mix it in with the mashed avocado.
- Add the chopped red onion, minced garlic, and chopped coriander to the bowl. Mixeverything together well.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl and mix it in.
- Add the chopped tomato to the bowl and mix everything together.
- Taste the guaconnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
