Yvette’s Warm Gnocchi Salad With Nola Mayonnaise


  • 1 bag of pre-made gnocchi
  • Celery, chopped
  • Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • Mustard
  • Nola Mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder
  • Celery salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter or olive oil or both
  • Chives for garnish


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, about 4 minutes. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a pan, heat up butter or olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cooked gnocchi and pan-sear until crispy on the outside. Set aside.
  3. In a large serving bowl, whisk together the mustard, Nola Mayonnaise, garlic powder, celery salt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slowly whisk in olive oil until well combined.
  5. Add the chopped celery and the cooked gnocchi to the dressing and gently stir to combine.
  6. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl or use them as a garnish on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
