Monique du Plessis represented Namibia at the very wet UCI World Cycling Championships Elite Women's Road Race in Switzerland, and earlier in the year got to join Eritrean cyclist Biniam Girmay at a demonstration ride along with several other young cyclists from Africa. David chatted to her about what these experiences meant for her and what her plans for her cycling career are.
Vera Looser recently won the final leg of the UCI Cross Country Marathon World Cup series at Lake Placid in the United States, and in doing so also won the overall series. David caught up with her to find out more about the race, and when we'll be seeing her racing back in Namibia.
