Ingredients:
- 1 pack of red, green & yellow fusilli pasta
- A handful of spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of celery salt
- 1 cup of chopped apple or pear
- 1 cup of Nola mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup chopped cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- Grilled halloumi cheese
Method:
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions, ensuring that it is cooked to just under al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped spring onions, celery salt, chopped apple or pear, peas, and chopped red pepper.
- Add the Nola mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Once the salad is mixed, add the grilled halloumi cheese on top, along with any additional garnish you’d like.
