Namdeb Spotlight Feature – Dr. Philemon Hoon

Compassion in action, one animal at a time.

Behind every animal welfare organisation are people who give their time, expertise and care to make a difference.

In this evening’s Namdeb SPOTLIGHT, Angie Scholtz is joined by Dr. Philemon Hoon, a veterinarian who assists the Oshana SPCA. They explore his work, his contribution to animal welfare and the importance of caring for animals in our communities.
