Kylie Minogue…from “Neighbours” to “Padam Padam”

Australian actress and singer Kylie Minogue is decades and lightyears away from her Aussie soapie career in “Neighbours”. Minogue has had huge success in the music industry and shows no signs of showing down. On 31 August Minogue released “Tension”, her 16^th studio album. The lead single “Padam Padam” is an onomatopoeia for the sound of a heartbeat. It has received huge critical acclaim and was nominated for s number of awards; it has also become a social media viral phenomenon and has featured prominently at pride parades and has become an unofficial LGBTQ+ anthem…Minogue has again proved incredible sensitive to the sound and feel of the moment…she’s come a long way from “The Locomotion”!
