I almost didn’t build this Charcuterie board, because my son nearly got a head start on building it!
Tuesday nights in my house, are now called Hartlief Charcuterie board night, and it’s something my son and husband have absolutely no objection to!
My son has seen my make these a few times now, and so he has started helping me build them each week. The selection we went with this week, are all his favourites:
Dauerwurst, Salami Selection, Italian Salami, Smoked Beed, and Black Forest Ham.
Of course, I also had to add a few of my personal Charcuterie Board favourites, which are Olives, Goats Cheese, Chili Jam, and a truly Namibian brötchen. Because bread is never a bad idea in my house.
I must say, now that we’re on the Charcuterie Board Night train, I’m not we’re ever going to get off!
