November 6, 2026

Namibians could win an all-inclusive luxury getaway to Damaraland worth more than N$165,000 by finding a life-sized rhino sculpture hidden somewhere in Windhoek. The competition, launched by ultimate.earth and Save the Rhino Trust Namibia, features Dorsland and her calf, sculptures made entirely from rocks collected in the Kunene Region to raise awareness about the country’s desert-adapted black rhinos. ultimate.earth CEO Tristan Cowley has more on the exciting news.

To enter, participants must find the sculpture, take a photograph or video with it and post it in the comments section of the official competition post on Facebook. They must also explain what protecting Namibia’s desert-adapted rhinos means to them. The prize includes a two-night stay for six people at Onduli Enclave, with a guided rhino-tracking experience.
