The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia says it remains committed to finding a path to develop the Venus Field in Block 2913B, together with its joint venture partners. These are in collaboration with its joint venture partners, Impact Oil and Gas, Qatar Energy, and TotalEnergies. In a statement, NamCor said that progress on the Venus Field Development continued at an accelerated pace, with the Final Investment Decision targeted in early 2026.
