For some, mornings run stress-free and with military precision – for the rest it is chaos! However your morning is, NOVA Sunrise is your smooth ride to work…
You want a friend, a friend that’s not perfect. A friend that sees the lighter side of life (perhaps weirder side) and takes your attention away from your own issues for a while. A friend who manages to make you see your issues differently. Perhaps making you realize that your issues aren’t that different at all (we ALL have issues)!
Having a bad day? Need a pick-me-up? Then be sure not to miss “Musical Therapy” with Yvette, weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Loads of great music and chit chat, and if you’re a foodie, be sure not to miss Yvette’s daily recipe pick in “The F Word”.

The classic countdown
“The Classic Countdown” with Ian F will make your day. It’s a great show – don’t miss it! “The Classic Countdown” debuts every week on Friday from 6 pm till 8 pm, and repeats on Sunday morning from 9 am till 11 am, and on Wednesday evenings from 8 pm till 10 pm.
