Celeb Savant

The Celeb Savant show is an entertainment show hosted by Barret Edelstein. He conducts long-form career retrospective type interviews with celebrities, namely, singers, actors and industry experts.

Barret created the Celeb Savant concept and through his experience of marketing, content creation and production, brought the series into Spotify’s top 30% of most shared podcasts globally, Iono.fm’s top 10 most popular podcasts, nominated by APVA as one of the top 5 entertainment podcasts on the African continent and has interviewed over 400 artists from around the world. Representing the Celeb Savant platform, Barret covers movie premieres, theatre openings, concerts, music festivals, album launches, entertainment events and covers the red carpet at events. Through his work on the platform Barret has been confirmed as a judge for the 2025 South African Awards.
