The Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT)recently donated debushing equipment worth N$300 thousand to Nampo and NDF to debush 41 thousand hectares of land between Katima Mulilo and Zambia’s Kamenga border.
Chief Forester Theodor Kaambu said the initiative aims to fight illegal timber harvesting and forest fires in the Zambezi state forest.
